Model 1600 Double Shaft Shredder Shipped to Indonesia for Solid Waste Recycling Project

Indonesia’s recycling market continues to expand as local businesses invest in heavy-duty waste processing equipment. We are pleased to announce that one set of our 1600 double shaft shredder has finished factory inspection and been loaded into the container, ready for sea shipment to Indonesia. This customer runs a solid waste recycling plant and needs a primary shredder to process waste tires, scrap metal, plastic blocks and bulky industrial waste. After comparing multiple manufacturers, they chose our 1600 twin-shaft shredder for its stable performance and heavy torque design.

The 1600 double shaft shredder features a 1600mm shredding chamber, dual high-torque gearbox drive and alloy steel blades. It works at low speed with strong shearing force, ideal for coarse pre-shredding of tough, bulky materials. The machine can handle mixed scrap, old tires and large plastic lumps efficiently, reducing material volume for the next sorting and recycling stage. This fits the Indonesian client’s requirement to increase daily throughput and cut manual handling cost.

Before packaging, our QC team carried out full factory test running. We checked motor, gearbox, blade clearance, electricalcontrol system and safety protection function. All parameters were recorded and test videos were sent to the buyer for confirmation. Once the customer approved the inspection result, we started the export packing procedure.

For ocean transportation to Indonesia, anti-rust treatment is critical. We wrapped the whole machine with rust-proof film and added desiccants inside. Main body and spare parts were fixed on IPPC heat-treated fumigated wooden skids, meeting Indonesia wooden packaging quarantine rules. Vulnerable components including electric cabinet, sensors and spare blades were packed in separate fumigated wooden boxes to avoid collision damage during sea transit. All parts were marked with matching packing list numbers for easy unloading and assembly at destination.

This shipment uses FCL full container sea freight. We took complete loading photos and videos when lifting and fixing the machine inside the container. All export documents including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and machine operation manual are prepared for customs clearance in Indonesia. Our team reminded the customer of local import requirements in advance to reduce possible customs hold-up risks.
