Do you provide installation and commissioning?
Each unit is shipped with drawings, wiring diagrams, and an instruction manual, and comes with remote video technical support. For large-scale equipment, engineers can provide on-site service, though you will be responsible for travel expenses, accommodation, and labor costs.
Can we use our own agent or freight forwarder?
Yes. We quote EXW, FOB or CIF and will work directly with your forwarder in China. We can also recommend forwarders who handle heavy machinery.
Can you test our material before we place an order?
In most cases yes. Send a sample and we will run it on the relevant machine, then send video and measured results. For bulky material, send a video with dimensions.
What is the capacity range of your machines?
It depends on machine type. Our shredders cover small workshop units up to heavy-duty yard machines. Tell us your tonnes per hour and we will point you to the right model.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Our machines are designed and built in our own factory in Gongyi, Henan, China, so technical support comes straight from our engineers.
